BELGRADE - The Serbian budget deficit in 2014 will stand at RSD 183 billion that is 4.6 percent of GDP, which is less than this year, Serbian Minister of Finance Lazar Krstic has said. The 2014 budget envisages RSD 930 billion of revenues and RSD 1,113 billion of expenditures, Krstic said for Radio and Television of Serbia.

The Serbian government adopted on Friday evening the draft law on the 2014 budget and submitted it to the parliament for consideration. The budget marks the beginning of the healing of the Serbian economy, which should grow by two percent next year, Krstic said. For now, there is no need for a new review of this year's budget, Krstic said. Photo Tanjug/S.Radovanovic
