BELGRADE - Director Emir Kusturica will open the 53rd brass band festival in Guca, which will be closed by Goran Bregovic and his Weddings and Funerals Orchestra.The great master of the arts, anti-globalist Kusturica will open the festival on August 5 and will play with his excellent musicians on the main stage on August 8.
