Seljimi convinced agreement will happen Tuesday

PRISTINA - Kosovo's Deputy Foreign Minister Petrit Seljimi is convinced that Belgrade and Pristina will reach an agreement on Tuesday. I really see no way that Serbia will say no to the demands of the West and thus postpone its future, Seljimi wrote on Twitter.

He finished the tweet in French, writing "C'est fini" (it is over). On April 2 in Brussels, Belgrade's negotiating team was offered a solution for Kosovo which did not fulfil any of Serbia's demands concerning executive powers for a proposed community of Serb municipalities. Prime Minister Ivica Dacic, who headed the Serbian delegation, told Belgrade-based daily Vecernje Novosti on Friday that Belgrade was only offered to sign a capitulation, which it could not accept. Serbia has until Tuesday, April 9, to say whether it accepts the proposal, Dacic said.
